Word is out on the streets.... Lasting Scent Candle will be opening today at 10am CST. There are samplers for bakery, lavender, lemon, and drinks as well as tart brittle and room spray. LSC has amazing lemon and lavender scents (and bakery). I will be trying for those three samplers and maybe a bag of brittle in Sweet Dreams and Sweet Lavender Nectar. The only thing missing is a lavender AND lemon blended together. Mmmmmm.... yum. Will you be ordering? Which sample appeals to you?
Eep.. I'm checking the site out and I'm tempted to pick up a lavender and bakery sampler, but I'm worried about overloading on wax. How often does LSC open?
ReplyDeleteNot sure. They have been kind of all of vet the place the past few years. But the good news is they plan on still being around. So don't feel too much pressure to order. Though I need lavender so I am.
DeleteJulie, have you tried the Lavender Mallow Bread scent? I'm trying not to be too outrageous with my order (I have bought WAY too much wax lately!) so was wondering about a brittle bag in that scent. :)
ReplyDeleteI have tried it and it is really nice! There is a slightly dry cookie crunch to it. I prefer the Bliss with the heavier creamy vanilla note but that is personal preference. I think you can't go wrong with LSC lavender bakery :-) <3 Hsppy ordering!
DeleteSo darn tempting! After much time debating whether to splurge on a couple bags of brittle (I really want to try Bliss and Sweet Dreams!) I ended up deciding not to order and only receive my free bag - which I *finally decided on Lemon Wedding Cake. Can not wait to smell it! :)

You made a good choice! Lemon Wedding Cake is yummy! Key Lime Wedding Cake is killer too. I had too much fun ordering lol!! But lavender is my weakness.
