Pottery Barn Mercury Lanterns

About 3 or 4 years ago my Mom gifted me these gorgeous mercury lanterns for Christmas. During the year they sit in a corner of the living room to be used on occasion, but when Christmas brings in the tree, I move them to the center of our coffee table. They add a beautiful glow to the Christmas Eve atmosphere. The largest one holds a 3-wick Bath & Body Works or large Yankee very comfortably. The next largest ones hold the medium Bath & Body Works candles and I use tealights in the rest.

In these photos I am melting a 3-wick in Bath & Body Works Cranberry Woods (a woods infused tart cranberry with the barest hint of cinnamon, the added black currant really shines) and tealights in Yankee Autumn Wreath (sweet golden apples, country gift shop potpourri, and amber leaves). The meshing of these scents went together really well, as a fall celebration home fragrance.

Do you have any favorite candle holders or lanterns?

    1. I had them all lit up again tonight. Went to Wal-Mart and picked up the 100 count tea lights for $3 to aid in my lantern lighting.
