Future Primitive Soap Company: Conditioning Hair Rinse

There are three things I would shed actual tears over if they ceased being made in the indie world: Arcana Wildcraft's Filthy Viking, Wildroots natural deodorants, and Future Primitive's Conditioning Hair Rinse. I try to always make sure I have at least 2-3 bottles of this magic elixir on hand.

Future Primitive Soap Company is one of my very favorite houses for hair, soap and body products. Tiggy, the maker behind the brand, is a talented and kind person. They run 10.95 pounds which is about $15.

This round I picked up Sparklebox, Festival, Dark Carnival and one other that I wanted to gift to a friend.

Sparklebox is a stunning dark and sticky citrus scent that makes my mouth water.

"Sugar dusted orange wheels, Italian mandarins, dark & sweet amber resin & black Madagascan vanilla bean."

Festival is a wonderfully earthy blend of nag champa, patchouli, and smoke. I loved this scent as a soap and it is just as meditative and soothing as a conditioner.

Dark Carnival is the more gourmand of the three:
A curious Carnival cart offering sweet treats. Honeycomb drizzled with warm caramel sauce, newspaper cones of hot sugared walnuts, fresh coconuts from the shy and a velvet pouch filled with nuggets of amber & tonka bean.

I have been using these conditioning hair rinses for quite a few years now and swear by them for my thin, curly and dry hair. I condition every other day when I wash my hair and use these to finger comb out knots while it is wet and rinse. They leave my hair soft and curly with minimal frizz. Forever favorite.

Of these three, Festival is still available for purchase. Tiggy restocks often and she debuts new scent releases seasonally. It is worth signing up for her newsletter and giving her a follow on Facebook.
