I thought it might be fun to do a two vendor basket to get a better understanding of these relatively new to me companies. I have enjoyed what I melted from them so far, but now it is time to dive in. If you would like to me review any of these scents please comment below and I would be more than happy to oblige.

Welp, I think spring in Florida is almost over, as that ball of heat in the sky has already given me trickles of sweat and tan lines on my feet. The only leftover signs of spring are orange blossoms, strawberries in the fields, teasing cool breezes in the morning and evening and the hormones that are raging in the classroom. Wait. I teach middle school. That is all the time.

So I do need to change my posting. I simply cannot maintain an every day posting schedule. It does take many, many hours to create a blog post and I have let all my formerly adored creative endeavors to fall to the wayside and I think I am suffering a bit for it. My weekends are full of catching up on the blog instead of relaxing, sewing, painting, quilting or just sitting on the couch watching TV with my kids. I think 3-4 posts a week will be my goal. I may post more (because I can seriously be obsessive-compulsive and routine is my cornerstone) but more than likely that will be the exception. I welcome opinions! What days of the week do you prefer to read a post? Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday? Or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday? It is hard to tell from my stats what days are most read as they are all over the place :-)

  1. Eep, so many good ones to choose from! Could you do a review on CP's Lily Lavender & Late Night Booty Call (such a funny name) and Valhalla's Masala Chai & Pendragon's Passion?

You're already moving to summer? We are barely seeing Spring poke its head out over here! It rained and rained today with temperatures in the high 50s.

Whenever you decide to post I will still read. Commenting, however, will most likely happen on weekends nowadays since that's the most consistent time of the week that I have to myself.

    1. Absolutely!!! I look forward to it. <3

We are... Summer is pretty much from March/April to October/November. Enjoy your chilly weather if you can.... If Korea is anything like Japan, summer is a sweltering beast.

Thank you. I get that. I try to read in the evenings but end up commenting in clumps. Lol!

  2. I love your flower photos! We are enjoying spring flowers here in CA too, although today it's raining. I stalked Candy Panda's opening yesterday and the only scent she had this time around that I wanted was Insomnia, which was sold out 4 minutes after the opening when I went to check out. :( Oh well, maybe next time. At least I have that Fizzy Soda you sent me to hold me over! I'm going to melt it in the next couple days. Cold sniff was so realistic!

    1. Glad you have some beautiful flowers to look at, I noticed some bright yellow-orange ones in your nail photos.

Sorry you didn't find much. I hope you can get some Insomnia as it is pretty great. Glad you are liking Fizzy Soda on cold! It is quite lively!!

    2. Yes, those were California Poppies; state flower! They're beautiful; I'm glad they grow near by.

There are several Candy Panda scent I wanted to try that weren't listed in the last restock, such as Ro's Jam, Avograss, and Tea & Cakes. I'll just wait for the next one. I have a ton of wax right now anyway; a recent Can-Do order plus a destash order from a friend. Not to mention your gifts and everything I had before that. I think my collection is currently at it's biggest ever (and I'm loving it, haha!)

  3. Thank you for the gorgeous photo of lantana!! I miss those so much. It's hard to believe winter is coming to an end but I am so ready to feel some sunshine on my skin and get outside and connect with the earth.

Thank you for all the time and beauty you put into each of your blog postings, Julie <3 I am happy to hear you will be cutting back though, as I know how time consuming it is to have a blog.. and spending time with your girls or yourself should be priority. I like surprises.. so I don't have any preference of posting day(s). I will always look forward to them (esp your melting baskets :) Speaking of.. isn't Pomelo Sage gorgeous?! Carol from CLK is also carrying that scent.

    Much love to you <3

    1. The wild lantana in the woods behind our house is riotous with blooms! Pinks, oranges, yellows! And your beautiful garden is waiting for you. <3

Thank you Lynda for supporting me and my blog. One of the best things to come out of it is my friendship with you.

I definitely need to place my first CLK order. I will in April.
