If you would like an in-depth review of any of these, please comment and I will be happy to oblige.

A while back Bath & Body Works had a $3 handsoap sale so I sprung for a few that stood out to my nose.

White Lily & Lime has a tart cleanness that smells wonderful on freshly washed hands. For some reason I do not enjoy my hands smelling like bakery or candy. I need fresh and clean or pretty at the very least. This fulfills all three.

Rio Samba Sunset boasts notes of white amber, orange flower and musk. I must say this has to be the most unique handsoap scent from BBW that I have encountered. For me this falls squarely in the pretty category. It reminds me faintly of Amber Romance from VS but with more citrus and brightness.

Hawaiian Pink Hibiscus mixes plumeria and guavas in a sweet tropical twist. Just plain pretty.

Have you found any Bath & Body Works scents recently that surprised you? I think maybe they are stepping up the fragrance game. What are you washing your hands with?

  1. I have also seen many of the B&BW hand soap specials, but have never tried them. Are they worth the hype, or is a generic hand wash no worse?

    1. I think the foaming ones are quite nice. Generic hand wash is just fine too but I am enjoying these more fragrant ones from BBW. They feel nice too.

  2. Oooo, can you do a review of VCS Cheryl's Stormy Weather and SS Pomegranate Pink Watermelon? Cheryl's Stormy Weather sounds like a fantastically mysterious blend, and pomegranate pink watermelon? Sounds DELICIOUS!
You picked up Hawaiian Pink Hibiscus! I was so tempted to pick up their $15 smaller perfume but I kept telling myself I have too much right now. It's such a pretty scent, though!
I'm washing my hand with some older (post reformulation, but still older) hand foaming soaps. I've got Wild Poppies in the kitchen and Aloha Orchid in the bathroom. Nice and flowery for spring!

    1. Will do!

I love how flirty and tropical Pink Hibiscus is. I can see wanting to get it in a body must or perfume. Especially the Rio one too. Aloha Orchid is in the guest bathroom right now. Big fan of that one too but I think it is lastly year's version.
