Providence Perfume Co.: Tabac Citron

Providence Perfume Co. founder Charna Ethier creates all natural fragrances by hand as well as teaching natural perfumery classes out of her Providence, Rhode Island boutique store. Providence Perfume Co. also sells bath and body care and perfume making kits.

This sample of Tabac Citron was procured by me from Surrender to Chance.

Tabac Citron- Notes Include: Fresh lemon zest, provencal lavender, and blonde tobacco.
The lemon is so tart and juicy I practically squeeze my eyes shut in fear of getting squirted when applying. An instant mood lifter. As the fragrance progresses, the lemon morphs into a shade of bergamot with the tobacco leaving bits of straw and hay in the sillage. This is a glorious late summer and early fall fragrance, capturing the feel of the cusp of autumn. The sillage is moderate and the longevity is about 5 hours.

A full one ounce bottle is $125.00 or a nice travel size of 7.5ml is $35.00. I can see myself snapping up the travel size before too long. Have you dabbled into natural perfume yet?
