Alamo Candelaria: Blackberry Bay Soap

Blackberry Bay- A blend of blackberry, bay laurel, spiced apple cider, oak moss and woods.
This soap from Alamo Candelaria resides in her Shadow and Stache Men's Series, which houses some stellar soap creations that are unisex and steampunk delicious.

When bathing with this beaut the blackberry melds seamlessly with the slightly spiced apple and herbaceous greenery from the bay laurel, oak moss and woods. The texture provides the barest hint of exfoliation that makes the skin feel freed of dirt. The lather bubbles in fluffy white foam and rinses clean but not drying.

There appears to be quite a few "coming soon" soaps on the site. Have any caught your eye? What are you bathing with at the moment?

  2. Very nice, dark berries and anything purple always call out to me. If you swap it with Fairy Tale will Adam notice? Hoping he likes it as well. Among the many slivers I'm using (I like when you said million so I don't feel alone) my latest is a lemon mint soapnuts shampoo sample, that made a minty cloud in my room while it was sitting in the opened box. <3. Have you used any mint hair products?

    1. I doubt he will. The only things he notices on soap are glitter and exfoliating chunks. That lemon mint sounds refreshing for summertime!

I am using a tea tree shampoo now and I have a spearmint/eucalyptus one lined up next. I have tried a peppermint one from Moen-Goetz (?) that I enjoyed.
