NEST Candle: Holiday

New NEST candle in the house! Teacher Appreciation week last May brought a $25 gift card to Amazon my way. These candles usually run around $35 so $10 out of pocket, was a deal I could not resist. I chose Holiday in order to create a fancy little ambiance this Christmas. Here is the scent description from the box: The aroma of a sparkling holiday season is created by blending pomegranate, mandarin orange, pine, cloves, and cinnamon with a hint of vanilla and amber.

Yum right? The jolly Santa suit red velvet box with gold embossing would make this a beautiful gift to give. The candle itself has gold pin stripes alternating with frosted etching, a candle jar to keep long after the wax is gone. The candle has been burning nicely, no tunneling with a strong flame. The throw is medium and pleasant, with wafts of Christmas trees and a very lightly spiced tart fruit stew. Another lovely candle from the NEST group of home fragrances.

  1. Did you go in a Ricky's on Broadway near your hotel in NYC? They had some NEST candles, I was always super impressed with their scents. What stores carry them near you?

    1. No, didn't know about Rick's. There are no stores in Lakeland with them but there are some in Orlando and Tampa. Like Bloomies, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus.

    1. The packaging and candle glass design was a pleasant surprise. I have been burning it almost everyday. It seems to last a long time and the scent goes well with my other holiday tarts.
